  Went in and requested a balayage, talked to Regina who did my hair. I showed her pictures and explained what I wanted done, I got nothing of the sort! She dyed only the bottom half of my hair a solid color. I got a better result from a JCPenney salon. Very disappointed, she even said she’s worked with hair for 30+ years which was encouraging until I got home and saw the final result better. I was able to go back in and have her “fix” it( free of charge) by putting some low lights in but it doesn’t seem to have made a difference. The result still looks the same. It’s a shame because she was very friendly and made great conversation but I won’t be going back..
